: Confirmation: email will be sent. There will also be option to print the page
: All pages will be finalized by the team (Dawn, Daman, Emily) by Feb 14 and the request for implementation by March 10th will be sent to Marketing.

: Praveen will focus on this area
: Presentations over the video link (BigBlueButton ?) are a possibility but in-person appearance would be a much more preferred option
: Reimbursing the keynote - an option but we'd rather avoid that
