1. Registration Form Changes

Added statements about Refund and Privacy policies to the form

Confirmation: email will be sent. There will also be option to print the page

All pages will be finalized by the team (Dawn, Daman, Emily) by Feb 14 and the request for implementation by March 10th will be sent to Marketing.

2. Keynote

Praveen will focus on this area

Presentations over the video link (BigBlueButton ?) are a possibility but in-person appearance would be a much more preferred option

Reimbursing the keynote - an option but we'd rather avoid that

3. FSOSS Theme

Didn't have a chance to talk about this during the meeting. There was some discussion after that revolved around 30th Anniversary of Free Software movement but it is not clear if this is correct (Free Software Foundation was founded in 1985).
