2007-09-27: Talked with [[User:David.humphrey|David Humphrey (dave)]] requesting for database account. 2007-10-04: Spoke with the [http://zenitcba.senecacca Canadian Bankers Association] to get info on lists of banks in Canada.on They recommended looking at the lists [http://cba.ca/wikien/indexsection.phpasp?fl=2&sl=204&tl=&docid= here] and [http://www.osfi-bsif.gc.ca/osfi/Userindex_e.aspx?DetailID=568 here]. 2007-10-15: Template of survey is created. 2007-11-19: Survey is completed and up and running with database, to participate [http:David Humphrey//ayhfung.com/osSurvey/survey.php click here] requesting for database account.
