Add ability to access NexJ Server objects via JSON
===Plan===
Use open Implement a RESTful web service to serve NexJ Server objects in JSON.<br/>We intend to make use of Open-source JSON java libraries to provide utility classes for JSON.
====Phase 1: JSON Marshalling====
* Develop a [http://java.sun.com/j2ee/tutorial/1_3-fcs/doc/Servlets.html J2EE servlet]
* Server will implement GET and DELETE methods
* Develop a JSONMarshaller to marshall NexJ Server Objects into JSON representation
====Phase 2: JSON UnMarshalling====
