Neat things

Here is an "animated gif" that I created. The picture is of our family raft. I cropped the picture, then used GIMP to give the picture an "impressionist look" (as if it were a painting). The caption "Second Depot Times" is just an imaginary cottage newspaper. The name of our cottage lake is called "Second Depot Lake".

You learn something new everyday! I just learned you can upload animated GIF files to WIKIs to show animation! Cool!

This is a picture of our cottage raft. I used GIMP application to give it an "artsy" look...

I like this, since WIKIs always appear "text-based" or "static" in nature. I know this is silly, but may be neat to have an animated gif for the computer lab pictures to make the computer lab manual a REAL living document! lol...
