Web Changes Needed

• Fixup presentation times
• Remove "Preferred Day" from Presentation Page and enable page
• Adjust and enable the "Schedule" Page
• Get database dumps of: presentations (including title, presenter, description, date/time, room), attendees (all fields), speakers (all fields)

Speakers

• All good
• Mark O'Learo has been contacted re: AV support (and ITS)
• From Mike Hoye: Popcorn people - Mike will work with them incl. Mike H.

Mozilla Sponsorship

• Will provide swag in groups of 200 pieces
• Sponsorship payment - need invoice (Mike Hoye + Rose Saliba)
• Video project - part numbers from Mike Hoye - will be picked up by Dawn Mercer

Speakers' Dinner

• Everything ordered, evite sent, half of responses received
• Rose to send reminder e-mail before invite closes
• One request to bring a guest - Rose to give greenlight
