hi, guys, i'm doing LUX in seneca now. I'm so excited being a part of this wiki. ^^ I am currently working Canoe restaurant (http://www.canoerestaurant.com/) and catering in Board of Trade which is also under Oliver and Bonachi group(http://www.oliverbonacini.com/). let me know if u're coming Canoe to dinner, I'll be glad to see u here. And please do, i've been working in fine dinning for years and i think Canoe is still the best restaurant. ;-p
