Implementing TM's SmartMove into Bespin
Project Description
Have the cursor jumps four spaces when the left/right cursor move over a spot that tab was pressed on. If the cursor is halfway between tab and presses in a direction, only jump the half that is in the direction chosen. Also must implement toggle on/off option.
