Great effort phil!
Here is my constructive feedback:
1) The colors match. However, it doesn't have a clean look. I suggest that we use a lighter color in the wiki area, navigation, search and tool box while we leave the bg as is.
2) Colors for links don't quite match with the bg.

All I see is the regular template. I don't have an account on phil's wiki and don't want to make one. I'm not sure if I'm going to the wrong url or something. Please let me know if something's up.
