Looks like a good start to the project page. Some early comments (respecting that your plan is in the early stages of formation):
- I'd like to see some discussion in the Project Detail part discussing how you're going to address the 2nd and 3rd points in the Project Description (improved docs, communication strategy)
- There's a ticket open for an ARM trac+git instance at fedorahosted which is probably the best place to track your work. See https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/2570
- For communication, please work with the community in the #fedora-arm channel and on the arm@lists.fedoraproject.org mailing list
