Rough Page to Document the progress of the Kernel build for PandaBoard's in CDOT

Status: Currently, this kernel compiles with warnings, however it hangs on boot. Currently a work in progress.

This Kernel we have changed the version tag to 2.6.40 as to satisfy build deps.
