On CentOS 7.x, if you have NetworkManager running and managing the NIC for dhcp address lease, you will not find the active lease in /var/lib/dhclient directory.
The name of the currect lease file will be generated by NetworkManager with the interface name as part of the file name.

On DHCP client machine running CentOS 7.x, when NetworkManager is enable, check the following directory for possible dhclient processor id:
